On TRS there's a show called By The Numbers and on one episode they went over the birthrate crisis going on around the world. Governments can't even pay people to have kids because it doesn't fix the problem of not being able to find a partner. The money just ends up in the pockets of people already having kids. Which is good, BUT it doesn't help the people who are already struggling.
