dylan (npub1pyp…c0qq) podcast interview last week and he seemed to conclude he doesn’t expect a lot of corps will follow the mstr playbook given the rare combo of experience in trad finance, a deep understanding and conviction in bitcoin, and an ability to wrap one’s head around the idea that diluting one’s stock can be a net benefit. It flies in face of common wisdom in corporate finance.
