For what it’s worth (hormonal issues are different, obvs) I’m in roughly the same boat. To bed at 9ish pm and up by 4am (typically the latest). I’ve tried pushing bedtime back and then I keep waking up early and am zonked. So, I’ve tried to settle into it as my new cycle/ritual. I make 4-6am “my time”, which is typically where I workout and, occasionally, get some work/planning done. Then the rest of the day is cat has catch can. Not sure if any of that is helpful.
