It was a closed door with a large broken window at the top, which she started to climb through. The shooter was hiding in an alcove to the left inside the door. There was a long hall behind the shooter that was empty and there was swat style FBI guys so close they were almost the backstop for the shooting if it had happened a few seconds later.
