Hate having to ask this, but household of three going through some very lean times.

My short term disability has been denied due to paperwork issues. Currently trying to appeal, but have gone unpaid since May as a result.

Unable to afford medications and facing frequent food insecurity. Partner emotionally stressed to the breaking point.
