"That's my biggest complaint when it comes to podcasts is they're all so long!"
I was making data center video documentation for a major mobile carrier (2000's) and discovered (in the user data) that instruction videos (how to's) on complicated subjects should be broken down into steps no longer than 6 minutes. People would follow a daisy chain for an hour of instruction, but almost never watch an hour long lecture.
Still applies. More to say, but meh.
