People look at new things all the time and say "this is stupid, what use will this ever be". Airplanes, electricity. No doubt most of the caveman laughed at the one dummy spinning a wheel.

It's an odd attitude, looking at something its current state and disregarding its potential. Maybe it's not a common ability to dream a little and extrapolate into the future 🤷. Kind of like looking at a baby and thinking "Fucking useless, this thing can't do anything".
