Nature is essentially physics doing its thing and organisms adapting. What's wrong right now is that humans have unleashed a whole lot of carbon into the atmosphere all at once, too fast for most organisms to adapt. Things will settle down again after climate change has killed off all the humans.
At least that's one way to look at it. Sorry for the pessimistic view. There will still be life.
