(In all seriousness, Jews are around 75% of all Dem megadonors and 55% of all GOP megadonors, so as far as ordinary fixable political problems go, it's not that unreasonable to guesstimate their role as around 60-70%. There's also a lot of more complex, structural and cyclical problems that are tougher to address, and by their very nature it's harder for discrete actors, such as Jews, to exert control over them, so they aren't as responsible there, though they aren't totally exempt there either.)
