Everywhere and everybody is vulnerable in a country that is hell bent on letting people get as many guns of their choosing almost easier than ordering takeout, allows rampant income inequality and legal favors to the wealthy and well connected, creating a massive oppressed population base, and no matter how serious the crime a perp knows a scumbag type attorney can find a loophole. Not to mention the court system is largely corrupt from the top down.
