Building ventilation is actually quite fascinating😂 Couple years before Covid, a strong storm damaged one of the giant fans on top of the building & it took a bit of time to repair prob getting parts? The difference in air quality in the apartment was noticeable as I believe the bathroom vents are constantly pulling air out; air got stagnant. My building is circa 1960’s & it’s difficult to find places w/central air as there’s a lot Pre-war only..
