Their obligations are in the trillions - a couple hundred trillion in the US' case. Imagine your parents or grandparents no longer receive social security and medical benefits, which they paid for over decades, and now you have to support them. This is coming. There's no way out of it. But most people can't afford it. Governments will have a very simple choice : track down every bitcoiner and steal from them, even murder them ; or face tens of millions of people rioting. There's no choice.
