I'm struggling to understand how a third-party candidate on the right/center right would automatically be a problem for Biden. Wouldn't a No Labels candidate backed by conservatives be more of a problem for Trump? Republicans are the party that is breaking apart at the seams. And leftists who are unhappy with Biden want a candidate to the left of him, not someone who is even more moderate. I guess any third-party candidate is a wild card, but still.
