That's just it, these will NOT stop, ever. Its so annoying to hear and read people "fixing this" or "eliminating that". There always will be opportunists and criminals, unscrupulous individuals. Chuck Schumer is the text-book example of a sociopath with no conscience, Maxine Waters, Nancy Pelosi, Elizabeth Warren and the list just goes on and on.
Instead of trying to fix this we need to punish it. Just accept the facts and make sure they pay the price. That's it. Build the Government where there is a projection regarding how much money will be stolen each year, and how many prison cells must be maintained to keep the thieves there for the rest of their natural lives.
