I had a friend who used to dislike his gym coach "being fat", used to tell me "how can I look up to him when he's fat" and I'd be like: "so.. a lot of coaches are old and sick, and they still made champions, and they themselves were never champions"
I feel like if someone gives a really solid advice and it doesn't show on themselves, chances are they're not taking their own advice, as much as they should or if at all, do i make sense?
