I believe they've said and will continue to say plenty about plenty, including criticism of Trump and what positive steps to take elsewhere. Meanwhile, honouring civility and acting by example, deserved or not, reciprocated or not, in the spirit of the country and of the office he's meant to be re-entering, does strike me as retaining high ground. Trump has seldom shown hints of aspiring to the same, but I think this rhetoric keeps the high expectation perceptible as he proceeds.
