I have the drive to work, and desire to work on (and finish) the neurodiversity projects for my store, but my brain is like oh no you will not push me today.

I’m reminding myself brains are organs, just like your heart, and can get tired from overuse like muscles do.

My brain did 11 hours of intense work on Tuesday, and 9 hours yesterday. 20 hours in 2 days probably put a lot of strain on my just got out of AuDHD burnout brain.
