So, I have been hacking on a fork of pihpsdr and a "controller" with switches/knobs etc that talks to pihpsdr over the CAT control. The controller uses a pico on it. The fork of pihpsdr exists because upstream developer is busy with other things. There is another active fork but the developer of that fork is not too interested in the kind of things I am doing with pihpsdr (which is to make it useful for a 7" LCD screen)..
