the amount of syllables needed to say something in Spanish is like double or triple of what you need in English, of we don't speak fast we would never end a sentence.
for example:
feedback vs comentarios y sugerencias
overthink vs pensar demasiado en algo
networking vs establecer contactos profesionales
insight vs comprensión profunda
I think that's also why we use Spanglish too.
