That's not #AlbyHub price, but channel opening price from LSPs to rent their liquidity. You are free to find any other channel partner that is not included and connect there. Same with most other lightning nodes
Phoenix however uses slicing and has different model, 1.200 seems cheap but the capacity will be much smaller
