I actually remember picking up women by pretending I was a Bernie bro before the pandemic, it didn't work all the time but I could get a girl's number by railing against capitalism and homophobia or repeating what I heard from Chapo. I could never keep up the facade for very long though, she'd go off on some tangent about abortion being a fundamental right and I'd check out.
Young guys will never know what it's like to talk to a woman before Trump made every one of them mentally ill and it's a damn shame. Now if I want to approach a woman I need a decades worth of prog talking points re: abortion or Palestine to even buy her a drink.
