I'm pretty heavily into both, but I haven't seen an easy way to bridge them.
Probably the easiest way to get some kind of cohesive system would be to install Yunohost, and then use that to install both apps. This way at least you would still have synced users and credentials. You could theoretically make the Peertube video folder a remote share for Nextcloud. It would probably go poorly if a video was deleted/changed by NC though.
