So much this ๐๐พ ESPECIALLY the onboarding experience. Having experienced this first hand recently with a person who is fairly tech savvy but not in tech and seen the frustration, the "friction" with user onboarding needs to be removed as much as possible. It's really analogous to getting people to get to use MFA. They aren't necessarily opposed to it, but the friction associated with it ("this is too much work") causes a lack of buy in.
