Right. People lists are well defined, but not really being put to good use.
In Nos I’d suggest you put them in the same drop-down as “extended network”. That’s basically a drop down that filters the scope of what’s presented.
But IMHO they should also be listed on the person’s profile page (provided there are publicly listed people on the list). When a list is presented the user should have the option of “list members” and “view as feed”.
One thing I don’t think is defined is following or subscribing to someone else’s people feed.
