Tonight's dinner was a ribeye , + baked potato and spinach (with butter & balsamic vinegar). Pan fried the steak in a cast iron skillet. Steak was good, but ribeye still isn't my favorite cut of beef (or I still don't know how to properly prepare it). Balsamic vinegar on the spinach was a taste test: I'll stick to apple cider vinegar in the future.
I only ate half the ribeye: the rest got cut into slender slices, to be added to ramen. Looking forward to that, too! 😋
