Aligning (or rather synchronizing) Y axis screws was a pain in the ass, you basically have to do that manually by disconnecting one motor, running the spindle along straight edge or something, make adjustment, rinse and repeat, because having end stop switches on both sides so the firmware could do that for you would be too decadent, but other than that...
Time to see how the fucker cuts!
