As a trans admin I have been dealing with more and more reports in the last week from users of my instance witnessing or having transphobia directed at them.

It happens occasionally, but it is very concentrated right now. It’s not just from shitty instances, it’s shitty people on “regular” instances.

Please, cis allies, challenge this transphobic behaviour when you see it. Please don’t let this be normalised. Please don’t let trans people have to deal with this shit in their timelines.

Right now it feels like it’s allowed here. This should not be.
