If it gets struck down? A win.
If it gets upheld? It’s not a loss, it’s break even for the cause. Because it reveals how unfairly the law treats things.
And if in the public’s eye, we’ve helped countless children out of rough situations and formed loving relationships that lasted, we’ll being showing the world the truth. It won’t be immediate. But it will force people to rethink what they always thought was true. And all that is assuming it even goes that far at all.
You have to engage lateral thinking. The sex part is nice, but it’s only one half of the equation. If you don’t want to sacrifice that part then fine; not all maps want to either. But it’s easily the best plan I’ve ever heard for pushing the MAP cause forward, and it helps with the major problem of AAMs being abandoned regularly.
