I am always frustrated with how people (including myself) are unwilling to separate someone's professional actions from their philosophy and from their personal life. There isn't one person who ever lived without some mix of good and evil in them, but that should be immaterial to their contributions to humanity and the world. Many great things have been done by horrible people, and vice versa. Unfortunately we are emotional animals who refuse logic when it conflicts with our feels.
