I'm also using the implant idea so people can safe word and be teleported to safety even if they can't use words or hand gestures. (Like if they've been paralysed by one of the weapons) This also helps in case of injuries.
Obviously the world its self is more accepting of kink and sex in general. The kind of world that can dedicate a large area of land to a rarish pleasure.
I can think of a few people who would be interested in a place like this. Myself included.
