Telegram, the company, requires you to use Telegram, the app, in order to communicate with the company. When I was reviewing the app for PCMag, I sent several questions to the company through the app and didn't hear back.
Later, when I went to review the app again, I found that my phone number was mysteriously blocked and my account inaccessible.
