My article in The National - already online, in print tomorrow - on why while Common Weal still supports the idea of a National Care Service, we do not believe we will receive one worthy of the name if the current Bill passes either unamended or even if the Scottish Government's currently proposed amendments all pass.
The NCS Bill either needs to be massively overhauled or scrapped and started again.
