I feel like I am increasingly stuck between those who completely ignore #COVID19 and doomers who constantly scream about it. I advise sensible caution, and I am very concerned about long-term impacts of repeated infections. That said, perpetually inflating risks doesn't do anyone any good. People won't listen if we can't offer specific, nuanced advice that changes as risks vary. My example today is the claim San Francisco is seeing record surges. I've repeated that, but are they? 1/?
