Nice! The anti-jetlag heuristic I use:
1. Find out when your body thinks it's the middle of the night; e.g. if you usually sleep from 00:00 to 08:00, then that's 4am in the origin timezone
2. Get lots of sun expose in the ~4 hours before or after that, depending on which direction you want to push your circadian clock. So when flying from EU to New York, that's between 6pm and 10pm.
3. Rinse and repeat the next day, shifted by one hour (e.g. 7pm to 1am)
