I want a feature in the Messages app on my phone where whenever my mom somehow resurfaces the old MMS group thread, it just redirects her to the existing (and more recently used!) RCS conversation that consists of all the same participants…
It already handles that with MMS threads (afaik MMS doesn't actually have a concept of “conversations” so all messages between the same group of people show as the same conversation).
