Silvergate delayed its anual reportings, which might have created uncertainties in Fiat-BTC on-/off-ramps. Somehow fiat seems to be the better safe haven for the majority of the affected players (who seem to have no clue what Bitcoin actually is. Otherwise their trade would be inverted.)
