Do... do you ever see a bunch of really NIMBY people ranting about how songs back in the day were so pure and perfect and empty of today's shenanigans, but the song they use as an example is like, clearly about hard drugs? Because a lot of songs from the 60s through the 80s are clearly about hard drugs. I do not do hard drugs, but like, they are obviously about them.
Clearly it's an allegory, like um, the two ancient Egyptian dudes buried together were clearly roommates.
Edit: Find any old song about drugs, and look at the comments.
