Its more like, every time bitcoin moves from one address to another, it makes a new UTXO.
So you can limit the size of them by waiting to withdraw to your personal storage off of the exchange you buy from until the amount is over the threshold you decide. You definitely shouldn’t withdraw every day if you’re buying like $10 a day because it would be so many small UTXO.
