If you know that Cantonese, especially have a tradition of hearty soups. Can say that many families if they cook at home will have some soup with evening meal everyday! Balanced to the season and usually with a few useful effects for the human body's health.
This one is a bit not 100% traditional, also the papaya is supposed to be green 😅 (still tastes good and has a moisturising effect). Pork, beans, papaya, apple, carrot, peanut, cashew nut, dried mandarin orange peel and of course a sweet date.
