I managed to care for Lisa today with a lot of kindness and caring. I ate two bowls of stew and a salad. I had a third of my normal amount of water. And I ran six miles in the morning fog.
I did ok.
I love people and it breaks me that so many people only hate. But I will continue to lead the best life I can. I will put one foot in front of the other.
