Jeff Booth (npub1s05…eyhe) will gdp even matter in this new world? I see resources moving to where there is less risk and more purchasing power of the people. I see government moving back to serving people instead of controlling people. It’s like gdp is not even useful because it’s no longer in the control set of government. Globalization in the hands of true cost of capital might mean it’s not worth shipping things across the country or world. More localized economy is what a lot of bitcoiners trend to for that reason? Does this mean we need to localize economies now or we lose? Just because incentives are there doesn’t mean we are all equipped to have a homestead or live off the land in a subdivision. Our world is not designed for this. Am I off base? What measures success in the transition?
