I hate dealerships... But I'm going to one after work to check out a vehicle I'm interested in.

The family of dealerships has a split personality, it seems, with thousands of positive reviews from their new car side, but... Pretty poor reviews on the used car side. Needless to say, I'm going in skeptical.
