I also want to use ftp to upload everythign I need as i'm better at that, problem my linode does not shjip with an ftp server. I think I'm running ubuntu but i"m not sure. I'll have to log inito my linode and see. If I do use ftp can I edit what needs to be edited first before uploading it to the server as I'm horable at typing in very very long paths in the terminal.
