"content": "I've been making \"pumpkin\" breads and muffins for years to make use of the abundant butternut #squash we get from our #garden. We got curious how different it is from the ubiquitous canned pumpkin so I did a side-by-side comparison baking two batches of mini pumpkin chocolate chip loaves. Turns out we could hardly tell them apart, probably due to the spices and chips. Oddly, the canned pumpkin made one more loaf than the squash despite being the same volume of ingredient. #baking #food\n\nhttps://static.toot.community/media_attachments/files/113/867/279/506/970/902/original/8c4a0a0a2821b094.jpeg\nhttps://static.toot.community/media_attachments/files/113/867/279/555/622/337/original/b6d0e0f21c727f45.jpeg",
