My appreciation for Bowie didn't come until adulthood / early 2000s... still never officially purchased any albums of his. I should rectify that.
I have The Cars' greatest hits on vinyl, but that's a relatively recent (past 5 years) acquisition.
I had Prince’s "Bat Dance" on a 7-inch... I think that's the only Prince I've ever owned.
The only 70s music I recall having on vinyl/casette/CD as a kid was Black Sabbath's Paranoid, and a Led Zeppelin box set. Oh, and Iron Butterfly's Inna Gadda Davida on 8-track. 😁
