I want to figure out how to build and use a private LLM AI for myself. This means self-hosted, not even available over public internet (maybe tor?), and at least partially taught by yours truly.

I absolutely do not want govt or business spying on whatever I may use it for. I would like it to be able to see and search the public internet, to be able to keep up with current events, etc.

This may be a new goal for 2025.
