Another question of foreign relations: with Putin cozying up to Kim, doesn't that piss off Xi Jumping? Like, after all the years Xi has kept NK going with food aid etc, now Kim gets uppity. Think China could feel threatened by Kim getting modern rocket tech from Russia? China would never want to annex NK, they don't want the responsibility, but they could depose Kim and set up a nice Chinese communist puppet government, and relieve a lot of pressure on S. Korea and Japan. @randahl thoughts?
