The positive lead bolt was frozen. Which i put there because the wing nut kept vibrating off and i didn't have a stainless lock washer. Worked with wd etc for over an hour and gave up and sawed the terminal off. New battery cost $70+ at Napa. Now i'm figuring on whether to go back to trying wing nuts and lock washers? You CAN't use just whatever you have in your bolts can.
