Like a lot of us I wish I could do more. The things that we're told make a difference, don't, and the things that do don't make enough of one.

My nephew is also an artist and it didn't even occur to me to buy something from him for the new house. That will have changed if my situation improves though.

My family (not my wife and hers) has been supportive, but again...the help is not enough, even if it's more than could be expected or hoped for.
