You certainly don't want to be eating that hyper processed stuff all the time. There are much cheaper and much healthier alternatives, that aren't pretending to be meat. E.G.: Substitute de puy lentils for minced beef in your Bolognese. Soy and nutch marinated roasted tofu for chicken. Not the same, but very good.
